A clear tech pack is the fastest way to get accurate sportswear quotes and samples. Whether you need team kits or gym apparel, factories execute what you specify — ambiguity becomes sampling delays.
Must-have tech pack sections
- Flat sketches — front/back with callouts for seams, pockets, and panels.
- Measurements — graded size chart with tolerance for your market.
- Fabric & GSM — composition, stretch, and any moisture-wicking or compression notes.
- Artwork — sublimation, embroidery, or print placement, pantone colors, and logo sizes.
- Trims — zippers, elastics, drawcords, and neck labels.
- Packing — fold method, polybag, and carton assortment by size.
Sportswear-specific notes
For team kits, include numbering, crest size, and sponsor marks. For gym apparel, note compression, rise, and moisture management. Confirm size curves for US or EU grading. Browse sports wear and fitness wear for category starting points.
Sampling sequence that saves money
Approve construction and decoration on a development sample, then lock a pre-production sample on bulk fabric when color or GSM is critical. Reorders become faster once patterns and art files are archived. Typical MOQ after approval is 50–100 pieces per style, per colourway.
