How SAMPRO handles inquiry details, quotes, and contact data submitted on this website.
Who we are
SAMPRO SPORTS (SAMPRO International) manufactures sportswear, fitness wear, and lifestyle apparel in Sialkot, Pakistan. This policy explains how we use information you send through quote, contact, and inquiry forms on this website.
What we collect
When you request a quote or send a message we may store your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, product or article number, quantities, attachments (such as tech packs or artwork), and the message itself. Server logs may also record IP address, browser type, and the page you submitted from, for security and spam control.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your manufacturing inquiry, prepare a quotation or sample plan, and keep a record so the sales team can follow up. We do not sell mailing lists and we do not use inquiry data for unrelated advertising.
Who we share it with
Inquiry records stay with SAMPRO staff who handle sales and production planning. Email is delivered to info@sampro-sports.com. We may share what you send with fabric, decoration, or freight partners when that is required to quote or produce your order. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketers.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are stored in our database for as long as needed to complete a quote, sample, or production conversation, and for a reasonable period afterward so we can answer reorders or disputes. You may ask us to update or delete your inquiry record.
Your requests
Email info@sampro-sports.com to request an update or deletion of your inquiry record, or to ask what we hold about your company. We will respond within a reasonable business period.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies needed to run forms, remember a short flash message after you submit, and protect against abuse. On the live site we also load Google Analytics (gtag.js) to count visits. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on catalog pages.
